I'm extremely excited and nervous to begin this new journey for the next two years at the Mahindra United World College in Pune, India (120 km away from Mumbai in a little bit of a remote area-or so I'm told!). I feel incredibly honoured to be given the chance by the Canadian selection committee to explore India and exchange cultures with so many international students.
This year will be full of remarkably new experiences that will push my boundaries. Leaving Canada and saying goodbye to what is comfortable, such as friends and family, are things I am eager to work through since I know I'll be surrounded by inspirational scenery, teacher and students. I hope to document some moments in this blog and share the important, funny, difficult and inevitably happy times that will form my MUWCI experience. Until next time! :)
